Creating Safety in the Uncertainty

Create a New Normal Safe…

You may find yourself in one of the hardest head & heart places at the moment…especially with all that is constantly changing in our lives, in the world & with the people around us.

You may be feeling confused, overwhelmed, & more stressed. This is not your fault. when unknowns occur, our bodies & minds desperately want us to do what we have always done because this feels safe & when we can’t, it creates a lot of discomforts.

My advice to you is to create some sort of normalcy…in all areas of your life, this is your inner home life. Anything that can help you feel like you are more confident of what is happening next.

You need to build clarity & peace within to help you get through your days with a sense of known safety in any unknown that may arise.

Some examples may be:
🧠create a workspace.
🧠meal & food times/ plans for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
🧠 set schedules for your activities/ hobbies/ pass times/ games /play.
🧠introduce mindfulness/ journaling/ meditating.
🧠 include exercises, fitness, and outside safe time.
🧠 consider screens/ social media with set times.
🧠 use charts/ diaries/ boards to set some routine you can rely on & feel safe with.
